GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS
1. Basic information about the service provider

2. Nature of service and purpose of the system
- Smart Home focus: Services provided by the Contractor are primarily focused on smart home solutions, process automation, and improving the quality of residence through IT and sensor infrastructure.
- Exclusion of security purpose: The system is exclusively informational and technical in nature and has no protective (security guard) purpose. Implemented solutions do not replace certified security guard services, on-call services, or professional anti-burglary alarm systems.
3. Quality guarantee and technical limitations
- Correctness upon installation: The Contractor guarantees the correctness of the system at the time of installation and the quality of work performed, and undertakes regular system maintenance only if defined by a special agreement.
- Limitation on sensor reliability: Due to possible sensor malfunctions and other technical factors outside its control, the Contractor cannot guarantee the daily correctness of the system at all times.
- Exclusion of liability for damages: The Contractor shall not in any case be held liable for any material or non-material damage caused by system non-response, sensor failure, network outage, or any other technical deficiency.
4. Field interventions and client obligations
- Technical support: The Contractor acts as specialised technical support, not a security service. Field visits serve to resolve technical faults, verify equipment functionality, or carry out necessary remediation to minimise damage.
- Third-party obligation: The Client undertakes to ensure a primary responsible person (third party) for general oversight of the property. The Client agrees not to rely solely on the system as the exclusive means of notification and that the engaged third party will independently verify all system alerts.
- Voluntary assistance: In the event of the third party's unavailability, the Contractor offers the possibility of temporarily acting as a verifier, exclusively on a voluntary basis and subject to availability, without assuming any legal or material responsibility for the security of the property.
5. Principle of good faith and force majeure
- Contractor's conduct: All work and interventions are carried out conscientiously and in good faith to protect the client's interests. Physical interventions are limited to necessary remediation, while IT issues are resolved independently.
- Limitation on field attendance: The Contractor is not obliged to attend the location in cases of force majeure, extreme weather conditions, or exceptional personal circumstances, and shall not in any case assume the role of absolute guarantor of property security.
