MG Servisi is a sole trader registered in Škrip, specialising in IT services and technical property maintenance. Through our dedicated Smart Estate Brač programme, we focus exclusively on the smart management and modernisation of island properties. The founder, Marino Guerieri, is also your primary point of contact for all technical enquiries.

Every site visit is conducted in accordance with professional standards. We keep you informed promptly and transparently on all actions taken, with detailed technical reports and accompanying photos and videos. Although we operate under specific island conditions, our technical standards remain uncompromising.

Our primary goal is to enable you to manage your property effectively and as independently as possible. We implement and maintain the systems, you receive notifications and make decisions, and we provide expert on-site support exactly when you need it most.
